ROGAN JOSH:- Fry 100gm onion add paste of almonds, ginger, garlic & coconut 15gm each & 45 gm MEAT MASALA, 120gm curd, 100gm tomato, 10gm Kashmiri Mirch & salt. Stir & add 1kg Mutton (browned on fire). Add 250ml hot Water & cook till it tender.
